This is Bob at 540 Oakridge Ave. My neighbor Outback is cutting down trees that sit in the water. Now that the water is still down low he is cutting trees that will be in the water and the root system. Also damaging the water’s edge. He would rather ask for forgiveness. And pay your fine then ask how to do things the right way. Last house at the dams and on the backside of the fish hatchery nezra engineering
