Bungay Lake is located in Mansfield and North Attleboro Massachusetts. This 110 acre private lake is our own hidden gem and we are dedicated to the preservation of this resource. BungayLake.wordpress.com is a central location for all residents to learn about the lake, view recent news, learn about lake management and keep up with lake related events.

Release from Liability: By attending and/or participating in any Association organized event, I agree, for myself and my heirs, to fully and forever discharge and release Bungay Associates, Inc., their officers, directors, agents as well as private individuals hosting any event (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever whether known or unknown based upon any injuries, costs, loss of services, expenses and any and all damage claims whatsoever, whether caused by their NEGLIGENCE or for any other reason, on the account of, or in any way resulting from, personal injuries, conscious suffering, death or property damage to myself or to any other person or property, in any way connected with my attendance, or participation in, the Activities. I agree that this Liability Release shall include my attending and/or participating in any and all activities or events organized by the Releasees.
